In addition to local retail optical providers, Outlook Vision also has a mail-order contact lens program for the convenience of our members. OUTLOOK VISION GUARANTEES
All merchandise is covered by manufacturer’s warranty for materials and workmanship.
Once a purchase is made, if you find the identical eyewear within 30 days at a lower advertised price, the difference will be cheerfully refunded.
If an Outlook Vision member is not completely satisfied with an eyewear purchase from a participating provider for any reason, it may be returned within 30 days to the place of purchase for a complete refund.

How to use
Always show your ID card to the provider's assistant each time you visit the provider. To access the vision network: Simply visit our website at ihnc.e2visionlookup.com or call (800) 342-7188 The customer service representative will request your name, group number, membership number and zip code. Once your information is confirmed, you will be provided with the names and telephone numbers of participating vision locations in your community. Please make sure to identify yourself as an Outlook Vision member when making an appointment with a participating provider.

Note : The Outlook Vision program is NOT insurance. It is a reduced-fee-for-service program that provides discounts to its members. In order to receive the special pricing, you must pay in full at the time of service and verify that the provider is still participating in the program.

When visiting a pharmacy, please be sure to present your ID card, along with your prescription(s), to the pharmacist. The pharmacy’s computer system will compare our contracted rate with the pharmacy’s price. You pay the lower of the two prices at the point of sale.

Our members can save even more money by utilizing the mail-order prescription drug program when they need a 90 day supply of a drug. Simply call 877-839-8121 to have the form sent. The prescription drug program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or pharmacy card.
